About Us

The mission of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Alumni Association is to promote good fellowship among alumni; to strengthen the ties of loyalty and devotion of alumni to their alma mater; and to at all times further the interests of the institution.

Spring Gala has been an annual event anticipated by University and community supporters each year since its inception in 1997. Hosting this event on its given Saturday is one of the highlights of the year for the UL Lafayette Alumni Association as it serves as our only fund raising event. Proceeds from the evening are dedicated to funding Alumni facilities such as the Alumni Center, a historic landmark of the community that we are proud to have as a focal point of the University.
